Jimmy D Psalmist Early Life:

Minister Jimmy Johnson is the son of Rev. Dr./Mrs J.J. Essien and was born in August 25, 1983.
He Started singing at the age of seven and has grown to be a renowned worship or praises leader of our time.

Jimmy D Psalmist is from the Southern part of Nigeria.

Jimmy D Psalmist Education:

The Consuming Fire hit singer, Jimmy D Psalmist graduated from the University of Calaber with a second class higher division in Physics.

The Mighty Man of War hit singer, Jimmy D Psalmist began having passion for music at a very tender age and had develop his interest.

He released his first album “Golden City” with collaborations from the likes of BOUQUI, Samsong, Frank Umoh and so on. It also boast of production credit from Mekoyo and many others.

He was a worship leader of Dunamis International Gospel Center for 9 years, Headquarters in Abuja,
hence, under the spiritual Guardian of Dr. Pst. Paul Enenche.

Currently, Jimmy is serving at Shepherds House Assembly International Abuja, under the spiritual leadership of Rev. Dr. Joshua Talena.

Minister Jimmy is married to Mary Joy Johnson and both are blessed with kids. His wife is an entrepreneur and the CEO of Jimaybaby Luxury, which deals with children clothes.
