Bishop Dr Praise Oliver is a native of Afashio, Etsako , Edo state Nigeria.
Dr Praise is born to the family of Momodu Oliver Oiboh.
He is a called prophet by the most high God.
Popularly called THE ORACLE OF GOD. A man with incredible knowledge of the word of God.
He is deeply into grassroot deliverance, families and land liberation. He is the founder of Praise outreach ministries, Fresh Fire Revival Chapel, Lagos Nigeria and Ghana.
He was mentored by the late Arch Bishop Benson Idahosa of blessed memories.
He is a mentor, father, trainer,teacher and An entrepreneur.
An achiever of various certificates; Train by bible Life centre, All Nations bible school, West Africa Centre for Ministerial studies, Ora Robert University Bible institute United states of America, A Gold Award winner for Leadership, developmental Achievements and Entrepreneurial Excellence in Nigeria, A graduate of the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT) With a Bsc in Electrical Electronics Engineering, A two time Doctorate degree holder in Theology, United Christians Church and ministerial association in America, Ministerial license with Oil Filed Ministries – OFM based in Germany, Leadership training by PFN Lagos State.
He travelled extensively throughout Africa and beyond ministering in Crusades , conferences, seminars and organizing leadership training for leaders across board.
He was the Academic Administrator of Divine Success Schools Lagos State.
Member of PFN Lagos State Executive.
He is currently the Chairman of the Pentecostal Fellowship Of Nigeria, Agege Ogba province Lagos State, A Brigadier General with the university of sound Doctrine, A Department of Leadership Chaplaincy Texas, United States of America and Billy Graham Evangelistic Association of Las Colinas, Texas, United States of America.
And Assistant Chief Commandant General with The Patriotic Gallant Chaplain Corps and Rescue Mission.
He is also A Rabbi and A crown member of the Advocate for Israel Initiative.
He is married to Rev.(Mrs) Esther Praise and they are bleesed with four Children ( Justice, Marvellous , Chosen , Annointed).
