The Beauty of the Five-fold Ministry in the Church – Dr. Debrich Jeremiah

Having Butterfly ministry doesn’t give you Bird ministry. No matter how butterfly undergo Metamorphosis, it can never change to a bird but it can exhibit some abilities of a bird with limitations established by the Creator (Elohim).

Many church leaders of today are doing what was not given to them, if you can farm does not means you can be a farmer.

Butterflies are insects in the macrolepidopteran clade Rhopalocera from the order Lepidoptera. Butterflies have brightly coloured wings, and conspicuous, fluttering flight.

Birds are a group of endothermic vertebrates, characterised by feathers, toothless beaked jaws, the laying of hard-shelled eggs, a high metabolic rate, a four-chambered heart, and a strong yet lightweight skeleton.

Accordig to GhanaChurch.com analyst, Dr. Debrich Jeremiah Acheampong stated that each office of the “5G” (Govern, Guide, Gather, Guard and Garner) (Five-fold ) is connected to each other for a better communication in the government of the Church, that is the SPIRIT OF ELOHIM.

Without unity, the church will reach no where. After years of redefine many things in the ministry, I still see leaders beating about the bush. Many don’t know what they are called for and due to that, they are not successful in their ministry.

Apostles is there to GOVERN

Prophet is there to GUIDE

Evangelist is there to GATHER

Pastor (Shepherd) is there to GUARD

Teacher is there to GARNER

Evangelism is the heart-beat of the Church. It seems reasonable to conclude that all of the five-fold ministry gifts focus on evangelism. I can boldly say, most preachers started as an Evangelist but they were not actually called into such office.

When evangelists are multigifted (Apostle, Prophet, Pastor and Teacher), there is greater diversity in evangelism in the church.
The definition of success in the sight of God is different from Man. Doing God’s will, at the right office is the starting point of success and finally the accomplishment of an aim or purpose, that was given to that Minister.
I see many doing what was not giving to them, if you can farm does not means you can be a farmer. If you are given the ability to see into the Spiritual realms or domain does not means you are a Prophet, identify your field of service in the government of ELOHIM.

Do not be deceive because people called you a farmer. Identify you field of operation and I assure you, you will be successful. I don’t want to called names here, but ELOHIM has take me to many houses and ministries, where some of the leaders are well known prophets in Ghana across the world, so I am not just writing but I think this moment, God want you to hear or read this note from the pulpit of Yeshua Hamashiach through me.

I was called to take leaders to such places, God has given me the GRACE to see so quickly concern others and whenever, I talk to them, they see changes in their ministry, business, professions etc.
All that the Church need is to Understanding the government of the Five-Fold Ministry. I called it “5g”.
Ephesians 4: 11-13 So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. It is essential for the Body of Christ to understand the gift of the five-fold ministry, it’s importance and necessity to the maturity of the Body.

Some people asked about Bishops and Archbishops.
Those titles are NOT part of the five-fold ministry but all the noise about those two titles or rank is just “Overseer ” from the Greek word “Episkopos” or “Elder/Presbyter”.

An overseer /elder of Bishops is called Archbishops, and it was all invented by the church like somebody invented other things. Read more from: 1 Pet 5:1,2 ; Acts 20:17,28; Titus 1:5-7, 1Timothy 4:14.
I am only against, when leaders of the churches are not giving the true meaning of those ranks. NON of so called “BISHOPS” or “ARCHBISHOPS” is above the FIVE-FOLD MINISTRIES.

I am just telling the truth here, does not means I am against those friends who choose to use them. That is their own choice but one day, we shall all account before the MASTER.

In the year, Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams of Action Chapel International was ordained from Bishop to Archbishop, I was in that service. I was the youngest Preacher on the Pulpit by then and everything was on video. That means you can locate me on Papa Nic’s Video on that day among those on the pulpit. That shows I am just telling what is TRUTH, which most leaders know it but they may not talk about it. I am not here to speak against anybody but only to tell the TRUTH.

I highly respect all those leaders of our time and they have been a blessing to our generation. There was a time, we needed revival in Ghana and I saw them in action. Through their leadership, many things took place in Ghana. I salute you Papa Nic and Prophetic Papa Yaw Annor, you are all Men of God I can never forget and I will always celebrate your ministry. I LOVE YOU ALL!
